New News from Whoville

No sooner do I comment on my own LJ that I'm betting that the Canadian Who release is also delayed, than I read that Amazon.ca is still listing the New Dr. Who Region 1 DVDs with a Feb 14 release date (and a $75 US price tag + s/h). Guess Sci Fi doesn't air in Canada after all; according to TVShowsonDVD, someone's already aired it north of the border.

I'm having a Sister Carrie day. Not in the "run away to a life of immorality" sense - even if I had the inclination, I wouldn't find any takers - but in the "I want it, I want it, I waaaaaaaaant it!" sense. Seems like all I can do today is daydream about things I can't afford, lay grandiose plots for things that will be a great deal of work without half the success I fantasize, and otherwise rail against the constraints of reality, duty, and prior plans.

Feh.
