North America S2 Dr. Who

According to Outpost Gallifrey, the North American release of second season Doctor Who will be January 16. (One assumes from that phrasing that this time Canada and America get it at the same time.) They also say the release states that the DVD set will be released on the Tuesday after the series finale in the US, meaning that the season will finish later than was originally expected and will likely skip several weekends late in 2006.

Also, the reputed start date of Torchwood in the UK is October 22. We always knew "October," but this is the first time I've heard a specific day.
