Weekly updatey thing

It's been a hard week, and it's reflected in my scores. There are three more things I wanted to get done today, but I'm so tired and so far behind that I may not get to them and thus aren't counting them. So much for a triumphant followup to the first week!

G.O. Organize Score: 51 of 100

Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Bowl #1
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons or 1/2 stick) butter
1 egg
1 cup of sugar

Bowl #2 (whisk a bit to add some air)
1 1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Bowl #3
1/2 cup milk

Bowl #4
2 Tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teapoons cinnamon

Cream the contents of bowl #1 using a mixer.
Alternate adding in the flour mix (bowl #2) and the milk (#3) a little bit at a time.

While doing that, melt the contents of Bowl #4.

Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 pan. Pour the melted butter and cinnamon on top, and swirl a little bit into the top of the batter.

Bake for 20 minutes at 375. A knife will come out clean.
