For Them What Might Be Worried

I'm top-posting without time to check email so if there's a comment or message I haven't answered, sorry, I'll get to it this afternoon.

Just a quick note to say that although the small of my back & my neck and shoulders are as stiff as Keanu Reeves' acting, I was able to do my full yoga routine this morning... without meds. I haven't even developed seat belt bruises!

So now I'm going to take enough advil to not notice a direct nuclear strike scoot out and go work the Team Wench yard sale north of Baltimore. M's my wingwoman; we're driving up together so if I have a bad turn (or for that matter if I can't shake off today's heat) she can drive me back.

keep an eye on that stiffness.

it sounds good though, make sure you use plenty of moist heat...i know thats redundant in todays weather, but try anyway.

hugs, worry, hugs

I realized at 6pm when I was talking to my parents that I had last taken pain meds at 6 a.m. and felt okay anyway. I credit spending much of the day in moist heat (i.e., outside) with doing the muscles a world of good, because I can't bear to stand in a hot shower on top of the weather.

Am mildly achey today, so I'm recovering. The only thing is that I find I run out of energy quickly - more quickly than I expect to. I have to remind myself that I am, indeed, *recovering* and although I feel almost normal, my body is throwing everything it's got into reknitting whiplashed muscle.
