For Them What Might Be Worried
I'm top-posting without time to check email so if there's a comment or message I haven't answered, sorry, I'll get to it this afternoon.
Just a quick note to say that although the small of my back & my neck and shoulders are as stiff as Keanu Reeves' acting, I was able to do my full yoga routine this morning... without meds. I haven't even developed seat belt bruises!

I realized at 6pm when I was talking to my parents that I had last taken pain meds at 6 a.m. and felt okay anyway. I credit spending much of the day in moist heat (i.e., outside) with doing the muscles a world of good, because I can't bear to stand in a hot shower on top of the weather.
Am mildly achey today, so I'm recovering. The only thing is that I find I run out of energy quickly - more quickly than I expect to. I have to remind myself that I am, indeed, *recovering* and although I feel almost normal, my body is throwing everything it's got into reknitting whiplashed muscle.
