WTF kind of product would you use for that?

A Push-up bra? I blame the bra advertising agencies for much of this, but at least they have the excuse that they're selling product.

(Ironically I was having a discussion about boobs in the context of 'how to restrain the damn things when you're running a dog in an agility class' last night. But mostly? No, we don't think about them much.)
