Not the day I planned

I gave myself last night "off" from the bare minimum of chores, so tonight I had a long list of things to do.

None of which included having to get my car jumped after work. The electrics were working and the starter ground, but the engine wouldn't turn until cables were attached. I thought about driving home, on the basis that surely that trip would restore the battery, but decided that the smart thing to do would be to go to the dealer's shop (bits are still under warranty) and let them tell me there's nothing to worry about.

It hadn't been sitting more than 5 minutes when the service guy tried to turn it on. *grind*grind*SPUH!* They had to jump it to get it out of the bay.

It's official. My car's been jumped more often than I have this year.
