You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll cry with laughter. There is now a community for the antics of someone's Doctor Nine and Doctor Ten action figures.

Don't expect logic. Don't expect plot. Do expect special effects that rank right up there with Who circa 1964 and a fair amount of totally unworksafe plastic on plastic action. Also dialog like:
Nine: ... I think you look odd. What's with the scarf?
Ten: Sits pretty cunning, don't you think?
Nine: Are you over compensating, like Four was?
