It's about TIME!

The original, un"restored," unedited, Star Wars trilogy in all its original Han-shot-first glory will be released on DVD. The purchase window is only Sept 12 - Dec 31, 2006, so don't dither.

At last! Because George, sweetie... when it comes right down to it, I didn't want the movie the way you imagined it with a big budget and better effects. I wanted the movie that changed my life, flaws and all.

Yeah, I wasn't going to buy any DVD or VHS unless it was *that* one, so I'm not rebuying. (As far as I'm concerned, I'm buying the originals with the remakes as an "extra bonus.")
