I moved to a similar system a few years ago when I decided to try to eat better (as opposed to supporting my local pizza shop). Now I cook most of my meals on weekends in batches, and freeze or refrigerate them so that dinner is ready in 15 minutes (unless I'm baking something, in which case I just stick it in the oven and go read something for 45 min). I don't think I'd stick to the healthy eating plan without the freezer.
