Anyway, to answer your question, it's a closeup from a throwaway line from Girl Genius about two weeks ago now.

It's usable with the credit to Girl Genius and Phil Foglio; he's pretty cool about people pulling icons as long as they're properly credited, and I can hardly be grabby about anything I didn't create!
