i agree with you.

there are TONS of "honestly held, if unreasonable" beliefs that could be used to "justify lethal force" ... and i really have to wonder how the law has held on this long, when its CLEARLY a dangerous precedent..

how about if you believe its inevitable that there will be a race war? or that (insert group here) is part of a conspiracy to kill/destroy (insert my group here)

it seems to ME that this would do better with an insanity defense.. or that they need a DIFFERENT defense, or wider sentancing guidelines, or something........ for that kind of law.

i think it may be allowed to go through..... but that they dmn well better get to work changing the law, whether it does.. or doesnt work IN THIS CASE.... because now that its been publicized?
it will be used again

untl its fixed
