I kept having to put it down when I hit some of the more kick-in-the-gut moments. But then I was dying so much to write my own reactions that I stole most of Sunday away from what I should be doing so I could finish it in one gulp.

Although I did get a major kick out of one moment, back when I was listening to it instead of reading it. She'd just reached the point where Skloot was looking out of a window at a clock with letters saying... "Bromo Seltzer" I said, a nanosecond before the CD said "Bromo Seltzer."

I go under that clock every time I drive back from the Book Thing.
