Exactly. And at the moment of blocking, I don't personally CARE what the rest of the situation is or who's doing the blocking. I care about getting out of a situation I want to leave without putting myself or my career in jeopardy.

But TBH, I wouldn't think twice about just pushing past, and I would have argued that the reasonable person should push past right up to that incident a few weeks ago. That was a real game-changer.
