I take it you're looking for a display font? I mean, not something for body text in a book or anything, just for a few words? Are the archived for reference images something along the lines of what you're looking for?

There's a family of Charles Rennie Mackintosh inspired fonts from CRM Font Company (hence the name) here (personally, I'd go for Stems with that one, I like the weight and delicacy of it). They're 25-30 dollars. If you're looking for less quirk, and more suitable for larger pieces of text, there's things like Kolo or Benguiat which are more standard. (I'm not a big free font fan, I'm afraid, you get what you pay for with fonts and they're worth the money.)

I'd suggest going to MyFonts, their pricing's really good and they sell all the weights separately. If you check out their tags like Art Deco or Art Nouveau, you can change the sample text and compare all the fonts in that category and see what they look like. If you like one, you can buy it directly from there or you can google around and see if you can find it elsewhere.
