If I can't go to the Sherlock class, I can go to two knitting classes in January: one for toe-up socks and one for brioche stitch, both of which are on my "wanna learn" list. I'll sign up for them when I get back from NYC.

And here's a backup plan: Come to our knit night a few times and learn them as well. We have a brioche expert as well as a few sock knitters. ;-)

When you learn the toe up socks, could you teach me? I've tried reading a book, but I just can't figure it out.
