And so, with little fanfare and a standard ATM-style receipt from the teller, a lifetime of debt ends.

Congratulations on getting rid of your debt. It's a great feeling, isn't it? I ran up a LOT of credit card debt in my teens and twenties; it was a wonderful feeling when I finally paid it off :-)
