Another Fic Recommendation

Lacey McBain's writing again, always a good thing. In case anyone shied off from the slash last time (stops, thinks about my f-list, snorts amusedly realizing that *I'm* the only one on it who doesn't like slash) - anyway, this has the barest hint of sex and even less slash. What it does have is some really rock-solid characterization; it's a Justice League character sketch. Work safe and well worth the reading.

Superman. Batman. The Flash. On my couch. I might never wash that leather again.

Thank you - that's a really nice compliment. Time is such a precious commodity these days that it does say a lot when you're willing to invest time in someone's online work.

Though I'm obviously more than a little behind the times -- Wally is Kid Flash to me, to Barry Allen's senior partner.

Um, yeah, there have been a few updates. *G* I'm working mainly from the Justice League cartoon on TV, Smallville, and a bit from the comic verse, but mostly the TV show.

Liked the implication of the high-speed metabolism meaning he needs to eat all the time; that's an obvious conclusion, but one I don't remember having seen addressed before.

Well, I can't claim that's original because in the Justice League cartoon, Wally's ALWAYS eating. Constantly. Glad you liked the fic. *G*
