Stupid cooking question

Is it possible to freeze cream cheese?

yeeeees but the results can be iffy (sometimes it gets watery/icky in the defrosting). I assume you're talking about a block of it, unprepped/uncooked?

Actually, I'm thinking of making stuffed french toast "kits" - toast and cr. cheese stuffing, frozen along with a couple of slices of bacon. I know the bacon and the french toast will freeze, but I'm not sure about the cheese.

uncooked, you run into the same "condensation" problem...

Cooked french toast - uncooked bacon (wrapped separately). Defrost one in oven while the other fries on the stovetop.
