The Cardiff one is nice, though it's quite small-- apparently all the 'good stuff' went to Manchester. It's right near the Millennium Plaza (i.e., Torchwood's 'tourist entrance,') and you can, in fact, see the big 'Doctor Who Expo' banner (in blurred form) in the background of some wide shots. I noticed it in 'Everything Changes,' I believe.
