Woke up alert, well-rested, and ready to go... at 5:30 a.m. here. Think I got out of the room w/out waking up jigglykat.

Can't listen to ipod because the lobby music is so loud.

Can't print confirmation for flight back home because computer insists handwritten confirmation # is "wrong." Can't get back to the room to get the airline printout until a more reasonable time.

Hope that the $10.00-a-day internet access isn't as bad as the free lobby access, as keep having connection drop about every 10 minutes.

Feh. Shall go out in the garden and eat worms go to overpriced but good hotel restaurant and eat large breakfast. Shall also continue to tip 20% although getting impression that overpriced restaurant staff considers this cheap of me.

Am however proud that LJ-withdrawal pangs ended yesterday morning and I don't feel obligated to read through back posts until I hit Thursday morning.

After eating your overpriced meal, take a walk. I'm told a 5-10 minute walk after eating a lot helps digestion. It sure helped on Thanksgiving.

Sounds like you're having a wonderful time. DC's been dry but tomorrow it'll be rainy and cold. Be prepared. :)

I've had a *wonderful* time. Seriously, I think this is the happiest time I've had in over a year.
