Perhaps the other races figured it out AFTER their planets were destroyed? It seems now that "The Silence" isn't the result of the explosion of the TARDIS/destruction of the universe after the Doctor is placed in the Pandorica -- but even more is going on.
BTW -- Re-watched "The Pandorica Opens"/"The Big Bang" today and we see The Doctor put into the Pandorica -- but Amy comes out, and we don't actually see WHEN the Doctor is let out.
We also have two Doctors running around the museum in "The Big Bang", just as we did in the Weeping Angels episodes from S5 -- indicating this Doctor is crossing his own time-stream and he's doing it alot.
