Nea TMI
A big blanket THANK YOU! to everyone for their good wishes. (Please forgive non-personal thank yous -- It is still a bit much for me to concentrate or type.) The good news is, I'm shaking off the anesthesia and the post-surgical ...squelch... ahead of schedule. The bad news is, now that the hospital-given good drugs have worn off, I'm getting a lot more aware of how sore my body is.
So my plans for the day are pretty much to eat, sleep, and read, with occasionally the thrill of moving a book or two from the library to the living room. Don't worry if I go quiet for a day or two; I'm lurking as my strength allows.

That said, the problem is most definitely OVER, huzzah! My biggest fear was that this was the tip of some horrible iceberg. So now I'm
sticking my housemate with all the choresrecovering nicely.no subject
Feel better soon.

Tongue cannot TELL how relieved I am that there isn't going to be a "okay, now let's try this" operation. That was my biggest fear right there.
Well, that and when the nurses hinted I may end up on YouTube. :D
