neadodsThe problem with doing the research for the racism and Who essay is that I'm just getting pissed off (and my memories of what I liked about Who are getting pissed on, frankly. I would like to look back at the show with more than one filter - there was stuff that I enjoyed, a LOT, and would like to keep that joy). But then I transcript two back-to-back Team TARDIS invites:
"Come with me."
"No [exposition]... I couldn't."
"You've seen out there. It's beautiful."
or
"Fancy a trip? [expositional dialog] Just one trip! To say thanks! Just one trip and then back home! I'd rather be on my own."
Now, for extra credit... which invite was the one given to the first potential companion after Rose?
