Sherlock Fic

I've been catching up on Sherlock fic for the last three days. All 87 stories that fit my criteria. Without spoilers above the cut, I will say that one general plotline is getting right up there with "Catherine and Vincent live happily ever after" and "Sam finally leaps home."
However, in all this fic-from-a-firehose volume, nobody's written the two I'd love most to see:
1) Sherlock has either phone sex or a mutual masturbation session with John... only John isn't actually there. (aka "Do you often talk to me when I'm not there?"//"I was just talking to him." "He said you did that.")
2) Donovan to some degree and Anderson to a major degree facing the disdain of other Yarders/career-hindering prospects of office gossip. Anderson betrayed his own boss to a superior. It's not just the other DIs who worked with Sherlock who are going to be thinking "Well, he can't be trusted an inch; I don't want to work with him." People might be on Donovan's side -- Sherlock is a hard man to trust or like -- but Anderson shot his own career in the foot the moment he metaphorically stabbed Lestrade in the back.
