LJ Yarn sale?

neadodsAs I clean up and clear out, I'm finding more and more and MORE yarn - kitchen cotton, rowan summer tweed, rowan denim, who knows what else.
I am seriously considering holding an LJ yarn sale. Let me pull my crap in gear (ha!), and get photos - not just of the skeins, but some of it next to a dime so people can judge the weight and texture if it's going to be used for not-knitting purposes.
I'd take paypal and I'd mail out.
Who thinks this is a good idea?
