Best wishes on the jet lag. I always felt it was worse going east and not much of a problem coming back, but you're up with the lark shortly after I go to bed, so effects may differ.
If you refer to the World War I commemorative poppy display, there was an article and some photos when the Queen toured it, but none of them gave a feel for the size of the installation.
