Sunday Night Random Thoughts

The end of the weekend, and I've done a great deal that was not that important and almost nothing that was. Did learn to download video onto Wurlitzer and watch it, but am not sure when I'm ever going to want to do that.

Feeling stressed and out of control - mostly because there are things I should be doing that aren't being done, and whose fault is that? Still... what I want, more than anything, is to have no obligations hanging over me. Three weeks. I've picked three weeks from now as my arbitrary "I think I get my life back" date. Shore Leave will be over and the big spoiler hanging over Whofandom will be resolved. In the inter-season semi-lull, I intend to catch up with all the unread fic that I've been marking for reading later (which is most of it) because for once I'll have nothing else that has to be done! No meetings every weekend, no planning, no troops to organize, nothing that someone else is counting on me to get done.

(Not that I'll ever manage to entirely "catch up" with everything in Who fandom. fandance said it best this morning: it's not like drinking from a fire hose, it's like drinking from Niagra Falls!)
