iTunes & Podcasts question

How does one *un*subscribe to an iTunes podcast? I thought if I went back and looked at it in the iTunes store the "subscribe" button would magically say "unsubscribe" now. It doesn't. I listened to the first 'cast and was really underwhelmed.
So now what?

filkertom, an incredible video of Jake Shimabukuro playing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" in Central Park. Comments in his post led to a link to this vid to "The Eagle Has Landed" for NASA and Earth which has tears streaming down my face.
