Posting a day early, as will be spending the weekend doing just about everything under the garden care list and writing. Not a lot of progress this month, unfortunately, because of the bashed arm and the need to write the for-pay story.
Some more knitting added to the lists, for when I can knit again. I'm unfortunately failing in my resolutions to have only one project on needles and to not start buying yarn in advance, which is only building my stash too high and making it hard to finish any one project because I'm splitting my attention between them.
STUFF I DIDBooks: ( Reviewed )( Audio )( Bought )( Read )Current Handiwork Project: none while my arm heals
Learned: - took 1/2 class in sock knitting, learning circular needle knitting. Also learned that using size 2 needles is a bitch.
- spacer beads make excellent, stylish, and inexpensive knitting stitch markers
- how to do entrelac (and now I never need to do it again)
- how to do a knitted pickup along a bound edge. SO much easier than anything else I'd been doing to pick up stitches!
Homekeeping: - Continued the Sunday 7 purging
Other: - none
