Apocalypse Meme

The Lit Version:
1 - Granny Weatherwax. She almost makes all the rest unessential.
2 - Tiffany Aching, for the few things that get past Granny.
3 - Susan Sto Helit, who makes us all believe in pokers.
4 - Nanny Ogg, who isn't half shabby herself
5 - Hermione Granger. Need I explain why?
[If you don't know who the first four are, I cannot recommend Pratchett too highly. Start with Hogfather (Susan) and then Wee Free Men (Tiffany) and then either continue the Tiffany books to meet Granny and Nanny, or go to Witches Abroad and Lords & Ladies.]

2 - Jack Harkness, to shoot guns. Of one kind or another.
3 - Martha Jones, who has already walked the Earth during one Apocalypse.
4 - Leela. Because it helps to have a trained warrior.
