Mar. 17th, 2008 07:55 pmI was offline for less than 24 hours and ended at skip=200 and have been reading for 4 hours. There's going to have to be an f-list cut again. I just can't figure out where to trim.
Match it for Pratchett now has its own website with links to Alzheimer's research organizations world-wide. 688 donors have already brought in close to 30,000 pounds. The website is selling a T-shirt, and has a link to ebay auction for a replica of The Luggage from the adaptation of The Color of Magic.
(Side note: I find the earlier books have so little depth compared to the later ones, I wish it wasn't Color that they were filming. And also - why is the Bursar listed as insane when he was perfectly normal during Moving Pictures? It's pretty obvious from the books that he's had a breakdown simply from having to work with Ridcully. But I digress.)

The Librarian Returns! After a "meh" sequel, I'm hoping the third can restore the crackalicious glory to the concept.
