(no subject)

I've been sort of wondering what to do with my big ipod now that I can't take it to work anymore, but today I made a discovery. I have a car old enough to have a cassette player still... and I have the cassette adapter that I got with my first portable CD player. Turns out that the ipod works just *fine* patched into the car in that manner. (I know they sell ipod adapters, but this I already have, so no new expenses.)

Thus, I shall be spending much of today feeding the CDs that I've been saving for the Media*West trip into iTunes. This has several advantages - not needing to take my eyes off the road to change stuff (I'm going to make a roadtrip playlist), much less space, and the ability to carry whatever I'm listening to into the con with me.

There is a Ten/Donna comm I managed to not notice until now, and I rec everything on it.

Actually, I had a blast with the episode, ( but that doesn't erase that it's a standard fanfic plot from beginning to end. )

And now I will go back to stalking shaggydogstail's LJ to see how fast s/he gets that Jenny comm up.
