Call for Recipes - Rice

Long story short, bags of white rice are used to weigh down the raffle ticket bags at the pirate feast. The Rafflemistress was tired of staring at the same 5 lbs of rice and started throwing it out at the end of the evening, so I rescued it, because rice is filling and that's a heck of a lot of free food going there.

So... aside from making rice pudding, sticking it under curries and into soups, what would *you* do with rice?

I just found out that a handful of people nominated "God Send Me Well to Keep" as the Unreality SF Tie-in Story of the Year.

The phrase "not a snowball's chance" springs to mind, as witnessed by my not making it anywhere near the finals - but considering that I thought it would be forgotten 20 minutes after publication, I am very grateful to that handful of y'all that thought of it, and thought it that worthy.
