Trashed or Modern Art?

All in all, I came through Friday's terrifying windstorm pretty well - the power held, and that's all I really care about when the temperature hovers around 100F and the humidity's set to "steambath in a fish bowl." (I ended up having an impromptu party yesterday, when several of my friends came over so they could cool down themselves and power up their tech.)

Not to say I got through unscathed: a couple of huge branches ripped off one of the oak trees. On landing, they took out a chunk of my fence... ( and did this to the birdbath )

I'm giving serious consideration to painting it and gluing some sort of sculpture on it. It had been a rather boring copper bowl, but now it has an art nouveau aspect that I rather like.
