Weekly Wrapup
Mar. 30th, 2014 08:46 amThis is supposed to be where I tell what I've been doing all week and then explain what I've been doing the weeks that I haven't written the wrapup.
Um.
This week, I did start sending out email pitches for Scintillation of Scions - "you donated to our raffle before, would you be so kind as to do so again?" and heard back from most folks. What I need to do is start sending out "You've never heard of us, but..." letters. Only I want someone to vet those letters first, because no matter how hard I try, they end up sounding like "Dear sister in Christ, I am the widow of the Nigerian president and need your help to move $4 million..."
I will be handing out 40 books and have 5 premade learn-to-knit kits with me at 221BCon. This is what happens when someone with OCD gets an idea in her head.
