Sep. 20th, 2014 09:11 pmI wasn't *meant* to do an entire for-pay Kitchen Guild presentation today on my own... but I did and it worked out splendidly. It was on flavoring vinegar and people were interested, engaged, and liked what I'd created.
Considering I was making up most of the recipes on the fly, I'm particularly pleased about that part.
