Lage Raho Munna Bhai is out on DVD! This is the movie I saw and adored in early September and which has rocketed ahead of Lagaan as my suggestion for a gateway movie. If nothing else, LRMB is about an hour shorter, has fewer random musical numbers, and has a really accessible storyline applicable to all cultures.
