I'm a wrap fiend. I buy several packages in different flavors, open them up and insert a piece of waxed paper in between each tortilla and throw in the freezer that way I can defrost only one of whichever I have a craving for. Then I grill a few chicken breasts in a variety of marinades and slice thin. From there, it depends on what's leftover in the fridge. Lettuce, chicken, maybe a dollop of humas and roasted pepper is fabulous. Leftover grilled veggies are good, I've tossed in warmed over chili and cheese which is yummy. Basically, leftover meat of any kind, leftover veg that compliments and some sort of dressing - honey mustard, ranch, or something spicy.
