Very late to the party, but just wanted to say thanks for this post - it was in the back of my mind today when I was looking to buy The Girl Who Wasn't There, and poked me into getting it direct from BF (and they were offering a Five/Nyssa story with it to subscribers and, well, I had to have that, so I've got a subscription now...)
