I thought the phrase "more epic than anything Who has ever kicked up" made it clear that I was talking about Jundland Wastes, and their anon reviewer who used that anonymity to take out personal grudges and (because she was also a writer) try to spike the competition.
However, it is true that several authors have said that whichever Tossed editor reviewed their story obviously hadn't read it, and in one case openly said so. If you haven't read the story, you can't give an honest review, negative or positive.
