There's one thing that appears to be a season-wide thing that I really like: they're being matter-of-fact about brains wired differently. Dyslexia isn't bad or stupid (nor does it make you a magical plot solver). It's possible to have good days even if you have deep depression.
Other than that, I've always been "meh" about the Doctor Meets Famous People And Drops Lots of In-Jokes episodes and that hasn't changed.
And because I still have to cut this for the next three hours: there's a lot of birdsong in my neighborhood and these days it's Really. Freaking. Me. Out.
