I fucking quit

I've been pretty proud of myself, handling everything that's been thrown at me from surgery through earthquakes through hurricanes and blackouts to a car accident. (By the way, when I called Adam and said "Here's the estimate"? He put me on hold. Forever. Until I called my insurance company and told them to go after his ass, so between the medical and the car deductibles, expect me to start auctioning off my stuff soon.)
Anyway, I got through the On Time Transit latest fuckover AND a full day of work AND made all the necessary post-surgical appointments appointments AND set up an oil change (because I need to get my emissions checked and you can't do that when your maintenance light is flashing) AND paid the mortgage and as I dragged my weary ass home I thought "at least I can rest now."
Except I can't, because I also have to log on online and pay all the bills. While I was consoling myself that it isn't that bad...
... I discovered that there's a fault in my phone line. Neither the corded or cordless phones can get a signal. The line to the house is not down. No handset has been knocked off base. Resetting the phone does not give me a signal back. No, there's a fault in the line in. (Last time I had this issue, there was a crack in the case for the wiring coming into the house and every time they came out during a bright day they couldn't find anything. So I had to take time off from work, meet them at the door, and soak the damned line down with the garden hose to be taken seriously.)
Now... it's one more fucking thing to have to deal with. (And try not to think about the doctors and the insurance company and my parents who all may be trying to contact me.)
It's the straw that broke the camel's back. See you later, guys, I have to scream for a very long time now.
