Books/Little Free Library Post

How did it get to be 8:00? According to my list of things to do, it's about 3. *Maybe* 4 at the outside.
It's not that I've gotten *nothing* done today. I stood a shift at the clinic, which was so quiet I was let out early, then I headed down to
kefiraahava's, because she was very generously donating books to me/the Little Free Library/the Book Thing.
A lot of books.
It's given me the luxury of shaking up the stock in the LFL (more on that below). It's also given me a chance to codify some more rules - no shabby books now that I've got so many new-looking ones, for example.
I've also gone from thinking things like "should I buy another Nero Wolfe book?" to "is there a Nero Wolfe book I don't have now?" (Just my luck - one of the boxes was topped with a book I just bought Friday night!)
Mind you, the To Be Read shelves have gone from being more or less organized by topic and neat to so overstuffed that when I think about finding anything in them or finding the time *to* read them, I have an overwhelming urge to make high-pitched, helpless noises until Mommy makes the scary go away.
Little Free Library contents: The First Patient, The Manor, Badger's Moon, Dog Gone It, Goodbye Ms Chips, His Majesty's Dragon, Eggsecutive Orders, Pretty in Ink, Against All Enemies, Wild Horses, The Hunt for Red October, Lost Symbol, No Limits (the Phelps autobiography), Mary Tudor, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, The Pentagon (a history), Into Thin Air, Place of Hiding, The Last War, Everything I Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, Paradox Lost (Doctor Who), The Hunger Games, Wake Up I'm Fat, 9 Steps to Financial Freedom, Under the Banner of Heaven, and three Nancy Drews. The audio is a combined Call of the Wild/White Fang.
If the Nancys don't move - and I have to confess, I'm not expecting them to - I'm probably going to give up on kid's books, although one of the other rules is "no covers or titles that would make the parents in the neighborhood mad at me."
