Adagio: Swing and a miss...

I've been trying a wide variety of Cara McGee's Adagio Teas. What I've mostly learned is that I cannot stand the taste of either black or green tea. The only ones I've liked so far are Anderson (herbal citrus) and Molly (which a co-worker dismissed as "potpourri in a cup") -- and then both as iced sweet tea, not hot.
I'm seriously considering throwing my hat into the ring and doing a couple of herbal blends myself on Adagio, because my reasoning is less "I want to support Cara" - not that this is a bad goal - but because there is unlimited candy in the cubical row next door and I want to wean myself from going there every time my attention drifts at work.

Date: 2014-01-19 01:10 am (UTC)I drink coffee at school and tea at home.
The loose tea is too much work. I just want a teabag.
I am a bougie at heart.

That said, I really admire how Cara found a unique niche in fandom. The lines for her tea and drawings were the longest at 221BCon.
