Inhalers suck. Mainly because I cannot inhale properly. ("Seal mouthpiece with your lips. Now, breathing through your mouth...)

I know this sounds trite, but you have to breathe everything out before you can breathe the inhaler in. Generally, this works better for me on the second dose than the first, so you are not alone.
