For the booklovers, a totally cool game.
For the charitable, esp Team Wench members -
suricattus is doing the NY Revlon Walk/Run for Life, as part of the Fellowship of the Scribes team. Please pledge. I know TW is trying to raise money for its own walkers, but a buck or two sent up north will not go amiss. (To really lay on the guilt, she's donated to TW when I walked...)
And for Team Wench - have we got a new logo yet? We need a new logo. I'm thinking maybe something where the W in wench is superimposed/created by bodice cleavage? It would be a nod to the original, but without the A+, rose, or logo it wouldn't be a ripoff.

Date: 2005-01-21 05:23 pm (UTC)Team Wench is still figuring out exactly what it is and how it works since it has spun off from the IWG, so I can't quite as easily answer the second question. It exists as a charitable organization, with three big fundraisers - a pirate feast, a Midsummer Fantasy Ball, and a "Prepare for Fair" yardsale, and several members also walk at Revlon and other charity walks. Under the name "Team Wench" of course. :>

I'd suggest walk-training together but I think that'd be a little silly considering the distance :)
There...
