Random who info from the f-list & GIP

I did not know that the BBC has a free TARDIS stencil for making t-shirts. Naturally, people are using this to make their own "Angels have the blue box" shirts.
who_knits, a new community that has taken a chunk out of
crafty_tardis (Note:
crafty_tardis still in existence) is setting up for a Who scarf knitathon. Plenty of people doing their first knitting project there, so there's lots of encouragement and offers to help new knitters out.
ihasatardis (the LOL Cats comm for the Whovians) continues to be hilarious.
Up early and walking to Who audios is less intensive than getting up and doing interval training for half an hour. It also leaves me in less of an "I want to DIE NOW" state, so this is the route I'm going to keep up with for a while.
Also, have finally figured out why my arm's suddenly aching again - all this exercise. Which means I can stop exercising until the stupid never-was-really-broken thing starts behaving, or strap it up and cut down on the arm exercises. I think I'm going with option 2.
Calling Hillmuth today to discuss car situation. Am really hoping that this won't turn into another 5-day, order-spare-parts-from-Colorado extravaganza. The time it takes to resolve that is going to determine how fast DB goes to the vet for his shoulder; as long as he seems comfortable, I don't feel a need to rush him there.
Have overwhelming urge to spend the next three days in bed with the covers over my head. So much for all those endorphins exercise is supposed to release.
