Reading is educational

There's an f-locked post in my reading list today that compares the ingredient list of Extra Strength Excedrin and Excederin Migraine, for example, and discovers they're the same thing in different bottles.
For me, the epiphany was in the grocery store. Yogurt's good for you, right? Low fat yogurt is considered a health food, right? Compare the nutrition label to Dannon All Natural yogurt to Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding sometime.
Suffice it to say, I am totally no longer apologizing for eating the occasional chocolate pudding.
