ETA: Can anyone explain, in very simple words, how I get my comments to thread again? It's disconcerting that they're all at the same level. I have no idea what I switched off or on; they used to thread.

Meme making the rounds: Name three fics you think I will never, ever, ever write. In return, I will attempt to write a snippet of one of them.

The inevitable pairing - if Donna kept investigating weird stories, and we already know that Sarah Jane investigates weird stories: Donna Noble Investigates

(There is what has all the earmarks of a fabulous fic starting at [livejournal.com profile] dark_aegis' place, but I'm not going to rec until it's finished.)

What I love about the YouTube era is that it gives people who weren't at cons more than just words to go by. I've had a taste of the Rift con, and now can pass on a general overview of M*W (with lots of shots of door decorations) and one of the reasons why the art auction is worth going to even if you're not bidding.

Your journal's threading for me ... I think your style uses an image (http://p-stat.livejournal.com/palimg/component/clear.gif) to indent comments, so if they're all showing flat, maybe check to make sure you haven't blocked that image accidentally? (I've seen it happen with adblock-type things.) ...also, this is unlikely, but check the URL for view=flat (and if it's there, remove it)

This journal threads for me as well, when I look at it in her default style. (In my default style, I've got a little widget above the comments area that allows me to click it and the screen refreshes with it flat and a new button comes up that allows me to return it to "tree format", but that is in *my style* and I don't see that functionality in hers.)

Maybe I need a new style? It's been a while, but I'm comfortable with this one. Except for the threading, which seems to work for everyone *but* me!
