I did listen to this one solely because of David Tennant, but I ended up falling for the Seventh Doctor (who I had not seen/heard anywhere before). Although I still say that it was cruel to make the Scot take on a German accent, and then force him to say "duty". Come on.

It's a particularly good one for Seven, although my favorites for him are The Harvest, Live 34, and The Dark Husband. Especially Live 34. It's all about political propaganda and the news media.
